All members of the Board of Directors have a fiduciary responsibility to act in an honest, efficient and effective manner to safeguard shareholder investments while improving the quality of life within the community. They also are committed to providing Kings Wood employees with a stable and safe working environment.
Important Messages
- Please read the House Rules dated July 1, 2020
- Star Exemption Forms MUST be filled out by March 1st by new Shareholders with New York State. A refund check will get mailed to you in June and again in December.
- 1099 Real Estate Tax Deduction will be mailed to all Shareholders by February 1st. You will need to take this to your accountant when filing your tax return.
